The Health Systems Strengthening Accelerator, with support from the USAID Asia Bureau and in collaboration with the BKPK in Indonesia, will host a regional convening focused on strengthening the HPSR ecosystem.

This regional workshop will bring together HPSRI leaders, network managers, policymakers, and development partners to envision the HPSR ecosystem of the future, including the required roles (institutional and system) and functions (evidence generation, translation, uptake) needed at the country and regional levels.
A core focus will be strengthening the pathways that support robust evidence use in domestic policymaking processes, including attention to the relationships between researchers and policymakers that facilitate evidence use.
The workshop will build off several recent efforts, including the Accelerator’s activities to landscape and strengthen the HPSR ecosystem through co-creation, dialogue, and locally led pilot activities.
